Hakim Click is a documentation and clinical decision-support tool for qualified healthcare professionals. It transcribes consultations, produces draft clinical documentation, and offers contextual suggestions.

What it is not

It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it does not make treatment decisions. It has not been submitted for regulatory approval as clinical decision-support software in any jurisdiction. All AI output is a draft for your review.

Your responsibilities

• You are a qualified healthcare professional acting within your scope of practice.
• You review every AI-generated output before signing it into a patient record.
• You obtain patient consent before recording any consultation.
• You keep your credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Clinical decisions, and responsibility for them, remain entirely yours.

Accuracy

Transcription, translation and generated text may contain errors. We have not completed formal accuracy evaluation and publish no accuracy figures. You must verify clinical content before relying on it.

Availability and AI credits

AI features consume credits from your plan's monthly allowance. If the allowance is exhausted, AI features pause; your records remain fully accessible. Service depends on third-party AI providers and may be interrupted by their availability or rate limits.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the paid period. Export your documentation before your access ends.
